| I needed a company that was quick to respond to my requests |
| I have been wanting to implement a private member website for 5+ years now. Finally the timing is right - so I then had to find suitable companies to work with to achieve this.I required easy to use - but sophisticated private member software - practical and proven!I needed a company that was quick to respond to my requests, who answered my initial dumb questions gracefully and more importantly as I grew to understand the complexity of the site's capabilities I needed an IT partner to grow with me!I also required a company that understood the typical start up business owner like me - lots of great ideas and motivation but not necessarily lots of money... therefore I needed a company that could understand where I was coming from a design point of view and could interpret my wishes and translate them into practical and proven site graphics/layout at an affordable price.Finally I required a hosting partner for the support to provide a 'home' for my site but also do the technie cron jobs stuff (the setup) and possible on-going tweaks /customisations etc that will occur (this is not my first web presence - in fact my 6th or so).Thinking I was going to need at least 3 separate companies to achieve this I was excited to find that the private member software promoted by Memberspeed was also supported by the developers SK Techno. (Warning bells should ring if the developer of the actual software is not available to help!)Memberspeed software was the obvious choice, but the company to host and create the NZ Business Marketing Secrets graphical look and feel and tweak to my preferences was the hard decision.It became obvious that SK Techno was the company to work with - especially after sending them an email to introduce myself and ask a couple of questions I got a very friendly and fast reply from Satyender Singh.He asked the right questions to clarify what I wanted and then quoted a price that was fair and reasonable for the job. He also offered to host the site for me in the USA at a very competitive price and was generous to give me 3 months of no hosting fee while I go through the painful stages of getting used to new software/CMS how-to while creating and pasting content etc... which always takes at least this long in my 10 years' experience of being creating any online entity (and doing it well)...SK Techno then 'blew me away' with the timeline to finish the job - 1 week! Wow! And their team finished the job with a day to spare!Since then SK Techno are very quick to respond to minor tweaks that concern their part of the software/install/layout and of course Memberspeed provide the CMS training etc.I would recommend SK Techno to any business that wants an online presence - whether it be just hosting, or the full package. Do not hesitate to contact me to verify my comments above. |

| Before I discovered SK Technologies, I knew absolutely nothingabout web site design. Their response to my initial inquiry listed everything I would need for a successful web site at a very modestprice. At one point I was in need of a service they do not offer.After a couple of days, I received an unexpected email. They hadfound someone to do it for them. After the web site was finishedand online, I requested a change to one of the pages. It was doneimmediately. Something happened that is very rare in societytoday.
